Camera Firmware Update Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Pro Camera Hawaii to update
your camera’s firmware. Please read this agreement
carefully and complete the form below. By signing, you
acknowledge and accept the terms outlined.

Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope:
• Pro Camera Hawaii will update the firmware of your
camera to the latest version provided by the
manufacturer.
• Any custom firmware installation requests will not be
accepted.

2. Data Backup:
• It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data,
including images and settings, prior to the firmware
update. Pro Camera Hawaii is not liable for any loss
of data or custom settings.

3. Manufacturer Responsibility:
• Pro Camera Hawaii is not responsible for any
software bugs or hardware issues caused by the
manufacturer’s firmware.

4. Limited Liability:
• While every precaution will be taken, Pro Camera
Hawaii is not liable for any damage to the camera,
including but not limited to bricking or malfunction, as a result of the firmware update process.

5. Warranty Implications:
• Customers are responsible for confirming whether a
firmware update may void their manufacturer’s
warranty. Pro Camera Hawaii is not liable for any
warranty-related issues arising from this service.
