How old do I need to be to rent equipment?

We require customers to be 21 years or older to sign the rental contract.  Customers under 21 years of age will be required to have a sponsor to rent equipment.  Keep in mind that the sponsor agrees to take responsibility for all terms stated on the rental contract.

 

What is required to rent equipment equipment?

All renters will be required to have a Pro Camera Hawaii rental account, Valid Photo ID, and a Credit/Debit Card.  We do not put a credit hold on your card.

 

How early do I need to put in a reservation for equipment?

There is no minimum time requirement for equipment rental reservations.  We recommend customers to reserve any equipment that they want as soon as possible.  We cannot guarantee the availability of rental equipment that has not been reserved.

 

How do I pay for my rental?

All rentals must be paid for with a credit card or debit card.  The card must be in the renters name.

 

 

Can I cancel a reservation I made?

We allow cancelations for reservations to be made but they must be done 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

 

Can I extend my rental?

We allow rental extensions to be made provided that no one else has a conflicting reservation and that the rental was extended prior to the due date and time.

 

Do you offer military discount?

We offer a 10 percent discount for military.  If this is your first time renting please give us a call after making your account so we can add the discount.
